Resilience and the ability to manage stress under challenging conditions are skills we need more than ever. Our Mind Training modules cultivate these skills with a blended learning journey of:

  • Weekly virtual live group events,

  • Pre-session content; and

  • Post-session guided practice

 SUPPORT 

The progress and growth of every delegate is supported by an experienced facilitator at each live event.  Plus, delegates have access to daily supported guidance between each session; deepening the practice and forming a habit. 

 

Individual instruction and Coaching sessions are also available.
